How are you different than the other providers?
At CoLink Networks, we've built our infrastructure to support our most valuable asset, our customers. While other providers oversell and overload their networks, we build the network before adding the customers. This leaves our customers with a network they can rely on 24/7.
Will my internet slow down at busy times?
Our network is designed with extra capacity, so during busy times (after work, holidays, weekends) you won't experience frustrating speed issues. We guarantee it.
How reliable is your service?
CoLink's backbone is designed with redundancies in place that don't rely on a single piece of hardware. This allows for great uptime and happier customers.
What support do you offer?
Our support is based out of our office right here in Chatham. Our technology allows us to troubleshoot most issues remotely, however, if the issue can't be resolved remotely, a service truck is on standby.

Who installs the equipment?
We do. While our competitors rely on subcontractors to install the equipment on a flat fee basis, we believe it's important to spend the time required for a professional install.
